ATE-122 - Electronic Systems (3 credits)
Prerequisite(s):
PREREQUISITES: ATE121
This manufacturer-specific course includes the theory, operation, and application of electronic sensing devices used by the computer for information. The computer process of sensing a condition, deciding on an output, and controlling the output will be covered in detail. The students will also study computer networking as it applies to the vehicle. The students will use manufacturer specific test equipment to interface with the vehicles computer system to analyze and diagnose vehicle faults.
