MDA-219 - Management for Health Services (3 credits)

A course in the organization of health care facilities. Areas of study include management concepts, case studies, organization, communication, motivation, morale, dynamics of change, and the team-approach to decision making. The course also includes student preparation of resumes, job descriptions, policies and procedures, interviews, and employee evaluation techniques.
