- Provide a comprehensive orientation to online instruction for first-time Internet and Web-enhanced instructors
- Deliver faculty development workshops to introduce instructional tools, such as Blackboard and NetOp School. Watch for DL course options on EnrollMe.
- Provide individualized training and support on technology products and principles

- Assist instructors in establishing course sites and loading course content
- Work with instructors to format and upload exams
- Provides Blackboard (Bb) technical assistance to faculty and students via telephone and email:

- Designs and delivers student support programs, materials and services for distance learning programs
- Approves new course requests, and develops course schedules
- Assesses the quality of learning distance learning services through ongoing surveys.
- Coordinates testing center activities
