ITS: Computer Lab Guidelines

The common-sense guidelines listed below have been adopted by all computer labs in the CCAC system. They are intended to make each student's experience in the lab a positive and enriching one. With consideration for your fellow students, we will all benefit. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Use the computer resources primarily for academic purposes.

  • CCAC resources are not to be used for personal financial gain and/or commercial purposes.

Respect the needs of other users to access limited computer resources.

  • College computer resources are not to be used to transmit or display  obscene, illegal, violent, discriminatory material.

Please abide by college printing standards.

  • Printing of offensive materials is prohibited.
  • Printing of large quantities of flyers, banners or other printed materials not academically related is discouraged. For print jobs of this nature, only one copy may be printed in the labs.

Abide by all signs posted in the computer labs.
