
Colleague is CCAC's business enterprise system, developed by Datatel, Inc., which is used to manage major administrative functions across the College. It is supported by the ITS Development Services group.
Security, access and monitoring procedures are in place to ensure the continued integrity of administrative data.

A component of the Colleague software is a product called CCAC Central, which provides web-based student and faculty access to their records in the Colleague database.

The web accessible Administrative Reporting Center (ARC) provides a web-based reporting system to facilitate administrative decision-making related to student progress, productivity and efficiency analyses, and financial analyses.
Web applications and customized programs are developed to further the operations and business of College departments. Applications include Appointment Central, Master Syllabi, Survey of Student Opinion, etc.
To request a departmental report, system change, application change or any other support service, please work through the appropriate Colleague data owner. Data owners should submit their request by email to ITS-Development@ccac.edu.
