Colleague is CCAC's business enterprise system, developed by Datatel, Inc., which is used to manage major administrative functions across the College. Colleague is divided into three main functions: Student (Recruitment, Registration, Accounts Receivable, & Financial Aid); Financial (Purchasing & budgets); Human Resources (Personnel & Payroll). The web accessible Administrative Reporting Center (ARC) provides a web-based reporting system to facilitate administrative decision-making related to student progress, productivity and efficiency analyses, and financial analyses. [More Info]
Web applications and customized programs are developed to further the operations and business of College departments. Applications include Appointment Central, Master Syllabi, Survey of Student Opinion, etc.
