
Requests for Reports, Mailing Lists and Student/Faculty mailing lists (labels) should be sent to the ITS Helpdesk. The Helpdesk will then issue a workorder for your request. This workorder is used to track your request to its resolution. The Operations Center tries to provide a short turn-around time, but some requests require additional programming or research. You will be contacted as soon as possible if your request will need additional time or resources to complete.
Standard Reports/ Job Requests
Various reports can be provided using 8 1/2" x 11" white paper. Reports may be sent via departmental mail or to the campus printer of your choice; these can also be sent as electronic spreadsheets.
To expedite your request fully, we will need the following information:
Specific Criteria (Program codes, grads, QPA, credits complete, class sections, etc.)
Should locations, terms etc. be combined into one run or separate runs

Various mailing lists (Savedlists, excel files, text files, etc.) for personal use or in conjunction with the Allegheny Bulk Mail Center can be provided. Lists can be delivered electronically in a variety of file formats. Bulk mailing lists are generated in Microsoft Excel format and emailed to Bulk Mail Center personnel. To request a bulk mailing, please do the following:

The Operations Center will provide an Excel spreadsheet that can be used to produce mailing labels using Avery 5160 label format. The individual department is responsible for purchasing the labels and performing the mail merge process to produce the labels. Use one of the links under Mailing Lists to request a spreadsheet you can use for producing labels.
