
Use the appropriate startup guide below for instructions on initializing a new voice mailbox or changing settings for an existing one (If you are taking over someone's phone, call the Help Desk at X3275 to reset the Call Pilot password).
If you experience problems setting up your new password, hang up after the first two attempts to avoid locking up your mailbox. Hang up and try again. If you still need assistance or your mailbox is locked up, please call the CCAC ServiceDesk at X8700. Click on the appropriate Startup Guide for your location.

Faculty who share a phone in their office will continue to use the primary line to publish to their students and colleagues. They will each have a separate voice mailbox (the mailbox for the primary line will be assigned to one faculty member and the other faculty member(s) will be assigned a different voice mailbox number. When callers reach voicemail, an auto-attendant will direct callers to press 1 for the first faculty member or press 2 for the second faculty member. A new phone will be installed in the office which accommodates these multiple voice mailboxes.
