MEETINGS

Section I

There shall be at least two (2) meetings of the General Membership during the academic year, one in the fall and one in the spring.

Section II
A special General Membership meeting may be called by the President or by a request of ten (10%) percent of the membership.

Section III

Ten (10%) percent of the membership shall constitute a quorum at any meeting of the General Membership.

Section IV

By action of a simple majority of the members in attendance, non-members may be invited to attend and speak at general and special membership meetings.

Section V

Agenda for all membership meetings shall be prepared by the Executive Committee and shall be made available to the membership prior to the meeting.
