Dual Enrollment (011) Step 1. Complete the CCAC High School Dual Enrollment Program Application/Registration Form. Step 2. Have a high school official and your parents sign the CCAC High School Dual Enrollment Program Application/Registration Form and attach your most recent high school transcript to the application. Step 3. Send or take all forms to the CCAC Registration & Advisement office at the campus you plan to attend. | Concurrent Enrollment (012.1) Step 1. Complete the CCAC Concurrent Enrollment Program Application/Registration Form. Step 2.
