Can my employer sponsor my classes?
For open enrollment (publically offered) classes, we can bill a designated third party for your CCAC charges. In order to bill a third party, we must receive a third party contract from the party, indicating what charges (tuition, fees, books, etc.) they are willing to pay. This contract must be submitted with your registration form. Any changes not covered by the third party contract are your responsibility.

Contact the Center For Professional Development if you have any questions about course payment. The third party contract is included on the registration form.

How do I obtain a refund?
If a student wishes to withdraw from a class, they must do so by the end of the last business day before the class starts to obtain a refund.

What happens if a course I sign up for is cancelled?
All courses have a minimum enrollment and may be cancelled if that enrollment is not met. If a class is cancelled, students will receive a 100% refund of tuition if they do not transfer to a different course or class section.  Please allow three to four weeks for processing. Refunds will be in the form that the original payment was made.

What is the minimum age for class registrants?
Generally, students age 16 or older are permitted to register.
