Designed:

1. What process is used to design CCAC’s noncredit offerings?
2. Is this process based on research of market needs and wants? How is the market for these programs evaluated?

Approved:

1. How do the program designers determine the validity of the content of noncredit programs?

Administered:

1. How does the noncredit division insure that administrators/instructors of these programs are qualified for the task?
2. How are the administrators of these programs held accountable for their responsibilities? What is the chain of command? How are administrators evaluated?

Evaluated:

1. How are noncredit course offerings evaluated?
2. How does this evaluation process demonstrate that students have the knowledge, skills or competencies upon completion of the program?
3. How do administrators assess the impact of these offerings on sources and uses of college resources?
