  1. How effective are CCAC’s certificate programs in articulating how and what students will learn, and what employment opportunities will be available to them upon completion of their certificate programs?
  2. How often and on what basis are certificate programs evaluated?
  3. How are the outcomes of these evaluations used to make changes?
  4. What evidence is there that graduates of certificate programs have the knowledge, skills, and competency levels necessary for success?
