Spring 2013


This 60 hour course will provide instruction to students who intend to
become Real Estate Agents or those interested in gaining general knowledge
in the field of Real Estate. Students who successfully complete this course and meet attendance requirements (80% of class time) will receive an official transcript.
The book Modern Real Estate Practice In Pennsylvania 12th Edition (Bellairs) is required for class.

CCAC Bookstore

Everyone must bring a business calculator to class.
