The following items are required of students making application to the Occupational Therapy Assistant program:

• A Video Observation: 'Occupational Therapy – Making it Possible' (available at all campus libraries)
• All Development Coursework must be completed as required by the placement test.*  Placement test scores are college related vs. program related.  Placement Tests
• Complete General Biology (BIO 151) or Intro to Biological Sciences (BIO 110)with a 'C' or better (Exception Anatomy & Physiology 1 <BIO 161> successfully completed with a 'C' )
• Submission of Transfer of Credits (if needed)
• Self Essay
• Completed Allied Health application. (request application) Applications are accepted year-round.
• Students are admitted on a first-come / first-served basis.
