Look what you can do online

CCAC now provides students with several important services through CCAC Central e-Services.  Students can gain access to these services on any computer with an Internet connection, at home, at local libraries or at computers provided at CCAC.

Use the e-Services button (also found in the bottom left of the screen on each CCAC web page) to access the following transactions:

Change home addresses, telephone/cell numbers, email addresses 
Register for credit and non-credit classes 
Drop/add classes until the term begins
Check mid-term and final grades
Request an official transcript
Print an unofficial transcript
Print a copy of current schedule
Request an enrollment verification statement (Many agencies request both enrollment verification and a current schedule of classes.)

Additionally, the following advisement forms can be downloaded and printed. Please note that completed forms need to be brought to the campus with any required documentation for the appropriate signatures where indicated or mailed or faxed to the campus for processing if your signature is the only one required. Distance education students can call an advisement center to discuss these services.
