The cost of each three hour CLE course is $99 and includes the PA CLE attendance fee. All CLE credits will be filed with the PA CLE Board by CCAC.

CCAC reserves the right to cancel any class due to low enrollment.

CLE Basic Elder Law: The objective of this three hour course will be to provide attendees with a basic overview of the issues elderly clients face. Additionally, the course will provide tactics for dealing with elderly clients and caretakers.

CLE The SEC – Where Does It Go From Here? This three hour course will review the structure and mission of the Securities & Exchange Commission including the impact of the recent financial crisis and enforcement failures by the SEC and also the previous problems encountered during the Enron era.  The course also reviews the process whereby privately held companies “go public”, the pros and cons to be considered when making that decision and the periodic reporting requirements of public companies.

CLE Lead Issues in Residential Renovations, Repairs and Painting:  This three hour course provides an overview of current HUD, EPA, CDC and OSHA regulatory requirements associated with renovation, remolding, repair and maintenance activities in housing and commercial/public child occupied facilities built prior to 1978. Review and discuss their impact on the prevention of lead poisoning in children, occupants and workers.
