What we do:
Our training experts can create a training program tailored to the specific needs of your business or industry. Classes may be taught either on-site or at any of the CCAC facilities within Southwestern Pennsylvania.

How we do it:
For companies with specialized or technical training needs, the CPD staff will perform a thorough needs analysis and design a course which will meet or exceed a company's expectations. A qualified instructor conducts the training program in accordance with the approved training objectives and outlines. Once the training program is complete, an evaluation is conducted and the results are reviewed with a company representative to determine the training impact as well as future needs.

Program Assessments

Assessments include a family of soft skill evaluation instruments that measure skills and abilities required for job success. Some assessments use video to simulate job activities for positions including:

  • Production Workers
  • Front Line Leaders

  • Customer Service

Other available assessments include 360-degree skill assessments and knowledge-based assessments for:

As part of the Highmark/CCAC Training Partnership, Highmark employees may choose from many of the PC Applications training courses offered through CCAC. Project Management Bootcamp
By taking part in this 120-day boot camp, you will become a member of a cohort of professionals seeking the valuable PMP® certification.
