Secretary, Clerk, Custodian, and Maintenance

This classification of employee is covered by the SEIU (Service Employees International Union) contract.  They are also subject to the wage and hour law requiring payment of overtime after 40 hours.

Pay Frequency

Semi-Monthly - 24 pays per year
Payday is the 15th and last working day of the month

Pay Types

10-month Salaried with overtime paid over 24 pays
12 month Salaried with overtime paid over 24 pays
Overtime pay is included in the 2nd pay of the month

Pay Period Salary

Calculation is based on budgeted hours per week: Budgeted hours per week x 52 weeks / 24 pays x hourly rate = Pay Period Salary:
