VALIDATION STICKERS: are available beginning January 13 during office hours at the Boyce Campus ID Office, Boyce Campus Security Office, and the Boyce Campus Switchboard Desk.

A current class schedule and a current Student ID Card with issue date of August 2010 or later are required. Students with ID Cards dated prior to August 2010 must get a new card.

Photo IDs are obtained through the Office of Student Life at Boyce Campus. You must have your current class schedule and an additional form of ID (preferably a driver’s license) to obtain your CCAC Student ID Card.

Student ID photo schedules vary each semester. Typically, a convenient range of morning, afternoon, evening and Saturday hours are available during the first four weeks of fall (August) and spring (January) semester classes. An updated schedule is available on campus at the beginning of each semester. The schedule will be posted to this webpage each semester as soon as it is available.

All credit students, including those registered for online learning, clinical site classes and off-campus observations must obtain their Student ID Cards before the fall and spring semester deadlines.

After the semester deadline, ID photos are only available by appointment. For more information and answers to questions, please email lneubauer@ccac.edu or call 724.325.6749.

SUMMER STUDENTS: Student ID Cards are not issued to students taking classes during the summer sessions.  Please use your printed class schedule/receipt and an additional form of ID such as your driver's license to utilize campus services.

The ID Card system may be unavailable occasionally for repairs and maintenance.
