
CCAC’s Online Early Intervention is a web based system that allows faculty members to refer struggling students for assistance via a secure website. The student support staff members who receive these referrals attempt to contact the students in order to connect them to college resources.
The Online Early Intervention System was first developed by the CCAC ITS department for use by the Perkins Career and Technical Education Grant and was designed to serve only Career and Technical Education Students. In the fall of 2008, Early Intervention, through the efforts of the Achieving the Dream, Bridge Subcommittee, expanded to serve all students enrolled in credit classes.
