Gregory Peaslee serves as senior vice president, UPMC, chief human resources and administrative services officer. In this capacity, he is responsible for the following areas: human resources, construction, real estate, corporate security and UPMC’s captive insurance companies. Mr. Peaslee joined UPMC in 1987 and has served in various senior leadership capacities, including executive director, University of Pittsburgh Physicians (UPP) and chief financial officer, Montefiore University Hospital and Eye & Ear Hospital. He is a certified public accountant (currently inactive status) and started his career at Ernst & Young.

Mr. Peaslee serves on the boards of directors for the University of Pittsburgh Physicians (UPP), UPMC Passavant Hospital, the UPMC Health Plan and the YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh. He previously served on the boards of University Health Network, The Juvenile Diabetes Association, The Renaissance Center, The Pittsburgh NMR Institute, Health Center Development, Health Center Pharmacy and Health Center Communicorp. Mr. Peaslee received his bachelor’s degree from Duquesne University in 1982.
