ITS: Mailing List Requests
To request a bulk mailing, please do the following:
- Contact Maureen Farrell (x2612) at Allegheny Campus to determine if Bulk Mail Center services are available for your request.
- Once you have been informed that services are available for your request, send a request for a bulk mailing list. Please provide as much information as possible.
To expedite your request fully, we will need the following information:
- Purpose/Justification
- Type of Maillist (Savedlist, excel file, text file, etc.)
- Specific Criteria (Program codes, grads, QPA, credits complete, class sections, etc.)
- Should locations, terms etc. be combined into one run or separate runs
- Campus Location(s)
- Year Term(s)
- Sort Order
- Where to send list (Bulk mail, email requestor, etc.)
- Will this be used to produce postal mail, email, or BOTH
Please allow a minimum of 3 working days to process this request
For Mailing List Requests, please review the following information:
- The Operations Center will provide an Excel spreadsheet that can be used to produce mailing labels using the Avery 5160 label format.
- The Operations Center does not create or provide labels.
- The individual department is responsible for purchasing the labels and performing the mail merge process to produce the labels.
- Use one of the links under Mailing Lists to request a spreadsheet you can use for producing labels.
