PITTSBURGH—The Community College of Allegheny County (CCAC)–Allegheny Campus will host an informative presentation given by Deborah Rice, executive vice president of Health Services for Highmark Inc. on Wednesday, January 26. Ms. Rice will be addressing CCAC nursing and allied health students, faculty and other CCAC community members about health care reform. The presentation will begin at 1:00 p.m. in the Foerster Student Services center lobby.
Ms. Rice is responsible for providing senior leadership and strategic direction for Highmark’s core health insurance business. This includes acquisition, persistency and financial management responsibilities for Highmark’s 4.8 million members. She has over 25 years experience in the health insurance industry.
