PITTSBURGH—The Community College of Allegheny County (CCAC)–South Campus is once again partnering with the Arthritis Foundation to offer an exercise program for people suffering from arthritis or arthritis-related conditions. Beginning February 14, the classes will be held at Bethel Park Gracious Living every Monday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
The exercises are gentle and joint-safe and will be taught by an Arthritis Foundation certified instructor. The low-impact class is designed to relieve stiffness and decrease arthritis pain so that participants will find increased confidence in their ability to continue daily activities.
