I enrolled at CCAC–South Campus in the fall of 2010 as the company where I worked in Accounting for the last 16 years was sold overseas. I am married with 3 children and I am currently earning my Associates Degree in Advanced Medical Assisting and hoping to pursue another degree in Nursing or Pulmonology in the near future. I plan to join SGA, Phi Theta Kappa and Psi Beta this fall. In my free time I am a Girl Scout Leader and I also volunteer with several of my children’s activities. I enjoy spending time with my family, photography, and all things Disney! I wanted to become a Tiger Paw so that I could get more involved with student activities and to encourage students, especially those in situations like mine, to join the CCAC family. I hope that sharing my positive experiences with CCAC will show them that students of any age can be successful here.
