The PA Department of Public Welfare (DPW) program is designed to help students receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) recipients succeed in community college. The KEYS Program at CCAC serves students at all of CCAC campuses and centers. Eligible students can now be enrolled in in non-credit programs as well as credit certificate or degree programs.  This program is designed to help students succeed by connecting them to support services in the College as well as to external resources.
