The Community College of Allegheny County has signed onto eleven SOAR articulation agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Education’s Bureau of Career and Technical Education.  To earn SOAR credits, students must be a graduate of a Pennsylvania Career and Technical Center in one of the following programs of study:
