The official site of the American Heart Association's Emergency Cardiovascular Care Program.  Provides information about CPR and AED (automated external defibrillation). Includes the online edition of Currents, the quarterly newsletter.

A nonprofit organization that has been established to support the quality of patient care.  Very active in continuing education and for anyone working in the catheterization lab.

CHEST: The Cardiopulmonary & Critical Care Journal
Provides the tables of contents and articles from 1995 to the present.  Article abstracts are available from 1974.  CHEST is also available in the Periodical Room of the Allegheny Campus Library.  Full-text articles only available from CCAC computers.
