Digital Library for Earth System Education
Designed and built by community members for both educators and students, this Web site includes maps, images, data sets, visualizations, online courses and much more. You can search the Educational Resources by keyword and limit by grade level, resource type or collections.

From NASA Science, this site examines global Earth system changes under the Big Questions link, and covers Climate, Carbon & Ecosystems, Surface & Interior, Atmosphere, Weather, and Water & Energy Cycles under the Focus Areas link. Also includes information on Earth missions and oceanography.
Earth Observatory
This site from NASA provides satellite imagery and scientific information with a focus on Earth's climate and environmental change. Articles are available under both Features and Reference on Atmosphere, Oceans, Land, Life on Earth, Heat & Energy, and Remote Sensing.

PALEOMAP Project
The Earth History section contains paleographic maps illustrating "ancient mountain ranges and shorelines, active plate boundaries, and the extent of paleoclimatic belts" through various geologic time periods. The Climate History section contains maps depicting the climate during geologic periods as well.
