The Community College of Allegheny County provides a supportive and transformative learning environment that prepares graduates to meet critical needs in the region’s workforce.
At CCAC, we believe that life outside the classroom is an important part of your college experience. Each CCAC campus has a variety of activities to enhance your lifestyle – including athletics, cultural events and personal development seminars.
The CCAC Educational
Foundation is the fundraising and benefactor arm of the college. It seeks to
create vital connections between the college and the wider community
to ensure the ongoing viability of the college.
The 2017–2018 academic year was a busy and productive year for CCAC, and one that significantly advanced the college’s vision of becoming the region’s preferred gateway to a more prosperous future. Of all the accomplishments achieved over the past year, none was more gratifying than learning that the Middle States Commission on Higher Education had reaffirmed the college’s accreditation—what a way to cap the final days of an already outstanding year! While many of these achievements are celebrated in the college’s 2017 Annual Report, Inspirations, please find showcased in my update below news of other innovative and groundbreaking programs, initiatives and partnerships as well as numerous awards and recognitions achieved by faculty, staff, administrators and our students in the latter of half of 2017–18.
Thank you for helping to make the Community College of Allegheny County the college of choice,Dr. Quintin B. Bullock
