The CCAC Educational
Foundation is the fundraising and benefactor arm of the college. It seeks to
create vital connections between the college and the wider community
to ensure the ongoing viability of the college.
The Community College of Allegheny County has a zero tolerance
for violation of its drug and alcohol policies. The exact wording
of the policies can be found in the Student Handbook (for
students) and the Policies and Procedures Manual
(for faculty and staff). Student Handbooks are found at various
sites around campus including the office of the Dean of Student Development.
Faculty and Staff receive a copy of the Policies and Procedures
Manual when employed. Additional copies can be found in campus
Administration Offices, the Business Office, Dean's Offices and
with the representatives and officers of the American Federation of
Teachers and the Service Employees International Union on
Infractions of the drug and alcohol policies may be handled by
the Administration, the Deans of Student Development, the Deans of
Academic Affairs, Human Resources and/or may be referred to local
