6-13-170861Gene J. Puskar 400In January 2016, CCAC opened its newest Center, the Energy Innovation Center in the uptown neighborhood of Pittsburgh at the former Connelly Trade School. This is the only other CCAC location to offer a trades program.

CCAC’s classroom at the Energy Innovation Center features current, industry-standard equipment. The hands-on learning space utilizes both a classroom and laboratory setting, allowing students to immediately sharpen their newly learned skills. The primary focus is in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning and you can obtain a one year certificate at this location. The classes are taught by instructors with real-world expertise. Credit and noncredit Skilled Trades courses are currently offered at the EIC. Credit courses can be used towards a certificate or degree, while noncredit classes provide immediate vocational skills.

The Energy Innovation Center is conveniently located to downtown Pittsburgh with accessible public transportation and free parking.
