The CCAC Educational
Foundation is the fundraising and benefactor arm of the college. It seeks to
create vital connections between the college and the wider community
to ensure the ongoing viability of the college.
Classes for this program are held at the West Hills Center and the Energy
Innovation Center, the North Campus,
affiliated Centers, 1000 McKee Road, Oakdale, PA 15071 and 1435
Bedford Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15219.

This is a short-term certificate program designed to offer
students an opportunity to acquire entry-level skills in facility
maintenance. The program consists of courses designed to provide
basic technical education through an integrated lecture and lab
format. Students who complete the certificate have the option of
applying their facility maintenance certificate toward an
associate's degree in Facilities Maintenance Technology.
Upon successful completion of the program, the graduate
Credits may be articulated for courses completed in high school
career and technology programs. Upon completion of this program,
graduates may be employed as entry-level facility maintenance
