Foundation is the fundraising and benefactor arm of the college. It seeks to
create vital connections between the college and the wider community
to ensure the ongoing viability of the college.
The forms (PDFs) listed below detail graduation requirements for discontinued programs. In addition the list includes the prior versions of updated programs offered at CCAC. When applying for graduation you can print the graduation application and program checksheet. Then make arrangements to meet with an Academic Advisor to review your application and checksheet. The graduation fee $20.00 nonrefundable fee, must be submitted with your application, if you want to receive a diploma and/or attend commencement ceremonies.
