    Colleague is CCAC's business enterprise system, developed by Datatel, Inc., which is used to manage major administrative functions across the College.  Colleague is divided into three main functions: Student (Recruitment, Registration, Accounts Receivable, & Financial Aid); Financial (Purchasing & budgets); Human Resources (Personnel & Payroll). It is supported by the ITS Development Services group in consultation with College Administrators who serve as functional leaders.

    Online Access to Services
    A component of the Colleague software is a product called CCAC Central, which provides web-based student and faculty access to their records in the Colleague database. 

    ARC Administrative Reporting Center

    The web accessible Administrative Reporting Center (ARC) provides a web-based reporting system to facilitate administrative decision-making related to student progress, productivity and efficiency analyses, and financial analyses. [More Info]

    Other Web Applications and Integration

    Web applications and customized programs are developed to further the operations and business of College departments. Applications include Appointment Central, Master Syllabi, Survey of Student Opinion, etc.

    Requesting Development Services
