• Communications and Email Systems

    Technology provides rich tools for communication over a variety of channels. The college provides students and employees with the following communications tools.

    Email

    Employee Email. Employees use Outlook for business communications. See Outlook Email for Employees. To achieve safe and reliable communication, the following systems, guidance, and policies are in place:

    Phones and Voice Mail

    Telephone systems are maintained for all campuses and College Centers. Voicemail is provided for full-time employees who are approved for the system.

    Web and Video Conferencing

    The college maintains videoconferencing classrooms and desktop conferencing through Lync, Microsoft’s tool for Unified Communications. For more information, please visit Web Conferencing & Lync.
