• ITS Gartner Trends in Technology

    CCAC's ITS is a member of Gartner, an international consulting and research firm. Gartner employs more than 650 analysts who are focused on every conceivable aspect of the information technology and telecommunications industries. 

    Through CCAC's membership to Gartner all students and employees now have available to them thousands of research articles that cover services and products in IT.  A sampling of topics you can search by include: PCs, laptops & handheld devices, network services, mobile and wireless, forecasting trends in the IT industry, emerging technologies, consumer technologies, business intelligence, web services.

    You can also search by industry (education) or by an IT market sector (software, hardware, etc.)

  • Need a NetID?

    Current students or employees wishing to use the CCAC network on campus or login to any services such as Academic Email, Blackboard or CCAC Central e-Services must have a valid network account. Current students may create/reset their password at  NetID Account Management - self-service password reset for their NetID. Students can explore Technology Services here. New employees must have their supervisor send in a Network Account Request Form.
