    CCAC Community Education offers non-credit, fee-based classes and activities designed to serve individuals with educational goals that do not require college credit.

    Classes are available across a wide array of subjects, length of courses, times and locations. Take courses in subjects ranging from business to computers, languages, fitness, cooking, dance and much more, all available in many convenient locations throughout Allegheny County.

    So stop putting off learning a new language, or how to bake, start a small business or that CPR/First Aid class you've been meaning to take. Check out what's available through Community Education at CCAC!

    Students must be 18 years of age to attend any class that is not a designated youth class.
  • ESL for Students who are Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing

    Learn about an exciting new class for individuals who are Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing! Beginning Fall 2017, English as a Second Language (ESL) for Students who are Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing will be offered through the Community Education program at Community College of Allegheny County. This affordable non-credit class will use a bilingual educational approach (American Sign Language and written English) to help students develop their English reading and writing skills as well as their ASL signing skills.   • Enroll in our new drone training class!

    CCAC Drone Class Community Education
    In partnership with regional experts, CCAC is offering an intensive 18-hour course on unmanned aerial vehicles. All students will receive their own model quad-copter training drone with camera, computer flight simulator and workbook which they will be able to keep following completion of the course. Space is limited, so sign up early!
