Payment FAQs

The Bursar and Student Account offices receive questions from our customers on a daily basis. The most frequently asked questions and their answers are shown below. Tuition rates are determined by a student’s residency status and driven by registration activity.  A detailed description of the various tuition rates and fee schedules for credit students is available online.  Visit our tuition and fees calculator to estimate costs.  For more information, please contact a campus Student Accounts office. 

No.  In an effort to be environmentally friendly and maintain costs, the College no longer distributes paper billing statements by U.S. Postal mail. All student account billing statements are made available electronically through the Online Student Account Center. 

CCAC begins issuing term eBill statements approximately a month prior to the tuition payment deadline each semester. The College issues monthly eBill statements for outstanding account balances. 

The easiest and most secure way to pay your bill is through the Online Student Account Center. You can also pay in person at any Student Accounts office.  To pay by mail, send check/money order made payable to CCAC; include student ID number:

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Currently the College does not charge a fee for using a credit card.

A $15.00 late payment fee will be assessed to any student account not meeting financial clearance by the published tuition payment deadline each semester.  Additionally, a monthly Late Payment Fee will be assessed on ANY account balance due at the time of assessment that is not covered by a payment plan, financial aid, or third party sponsorship regardless of billing. 

Yes, the college offers a tuition payment plan each semester which allows you to pay tuition and fees in monthly installments.  To enroll, log in to the MyCCAC student portal and click on the ‘Pay Your Bill’ dollar-sign icon to access the Online Student Account Center.  Click on the ‘Payment Plans’ tab and follow the prompts for quick and easy enrollment.  For your convenience, you also have the option to schedule your future installment payments using a saved payment method.  See our Tuition Payment Plan page for further details.

Log in to the MyCCAC student portal and click on the ‘Pay Your Bill’ dollar-sign icon to access the Online Student Account Center.  Click on the ‘Refunds’ tab and follow the prompts to select/update your refund method with a personal checking or savings bank account number.  

Financial aid will not be applied to your student account or show as estimated on your student account or eBill statement if you have not correctly completed and submitted all the necessary forms to a campus Financial Aid office. If you are missing documents or have questions regarding your eligibility for financial aid, please contact a campus Financial Aid office.  

1098-T forms are issued by the college to all eligible students prior to January 31st each calendar year.  All forms are made available electronically via the Online Student Account Center.  Log in to the MyCCAC student portal and click on the ‘Pay Your Bill’ dollar-sign icon to access the Online Student Account Center, click on My Account, Statements, then choose the 1098-T tab.
