Transcripts and Degree Verification
The National Student Clearinghouse is now the college's
authorized agent for providing transcripts. Students are able
to request that transcripts be delivered electronically in minutes
or in paper format which may take up to 3-5 business days. The
privacy of the student transcript is protected by FERPA (the Family
Educational Rights and Privacy Act), and it can only be released
with the consent of the student.
Unofficial transcripts can be viewed and printed. Please log
on to MyCCAC and select Academic
Profile, select Transcript, and your unofficial transcript will be
generated.
Official transcripts can be requested through MyCCAC with a credit card
payment. Please log on to MyCCAC, select Academic Profile and
Transcript Request. Follow the prompts to have your official
transcript delivered electronically in minutes or to have
transcripts mailed. There is a $5.00 fee for each official
transcript request.
When requesting an official transcript, please have the following
information at hand:
- Student ID or Social Security Number
- Name and mailing address of recipient
- Credit card
Current students:
Log on to MyCCAC. Go to the
Student Menu and select Transcript Request. If you are submitting
the request before the end of the term and need to hold the request
until grades or degree has been posted, make sure to choose "Hold
for Grades" or "Hold for Degree" option.
Former
Students:
If you attended CCAC in the past, you may request your transcripts
by clicking this link and following the prompts: Order Transcript. If your request for eTranscripts isn't
satisfied within three business days, please contact your local Registration and
Advisement Office.
If you
attended CCAC prior to 1975, you can still place the order online,
but the fulfillment of your request may take up to five working
days. Encountering
