Most Memorable CCAC Experience

My most memorable experience has been working to develop two new culinary tracks for associate degrees and having the programs approved. The new programs are Foodservice & Restaurant Management, A.S. (672) and Baking & Pastry Arts, A.S. (673), both of which are launching in the spring of 2024 at CCAC's new Center for Education, Innovation & Training.

Why I Teach What I Teach

I love seeing the passion within the student ignited as they pursue their careers. When students challenge me, in a positive manner, it makes me a better instructor and a wiser person.

Something People Might Not Know About Me

I was a retail pioneer in Lawrenceville. In 2002, I opened a midcentury modern design shop called WHO NEW? Retro Mod Decor. As a member of the Lawrenceville Corporation Board of Directors, I help spearhead many programs, making the neighborhood a stand-out location.
