Complete Joint Service Transcript Request Form
MEET WITH AN ACADEMIC ADVISOR
Meet with an Academic Advisor for assistance with registration.
CCAC Military and Veterans Services Enrollment Certification Form
After you have registered for courses, complete the CCAC Military and Veterans Services Enrollment Certification Form.
