Institutional Compliance
The Office of Institutional Compliance (OIC) ensures that the Community College of Allegheny County upholds key regulatory and ethical standards. The office provides oversight and coordination for institutional processes related to civil rights, Title IX, ethics, internal audits, and the prevention of fraud, waste, and abuse—supporting responsible and transparent operations across the College.
Mission
The Office of Institutional Compliance supports the College’s mission by promoting a culture of integrity, accountability, and equal opportunity. We work collaboratively with students, employees, and our community affiliates to uphold civil rights laws, ensure regulatory compliance, and support ethical practices that strengthen trust and transparency across the College.
Compliance Zone Reporting
Compliance Zone Reporting is a safe space that offers anonymous reporting that promotes an ethical culture and helps to prevent fraud. As a Speak-Up Culture, be sure to report on areas of suspected fraud, concerns of financial mismanagement, and ethical violations of our network security.
