Are You An Allegheny County Employee?
Current Allegheny County employees may be eligible to participate in the Community College of Allegheny County Tuition Reduction and Reimbursement Program. Through this partnership credit course tuition is reduced by 50% and Allegheny County will reimburse employees the remaining 50%.
Enrolling is Easy!
- Eligible Allegheny County employees can apply now.
- Complete the Financial Aid application, CCAC’s school code is: 003231-00.
- Submit your high school transcript to admissions@ccac.edu and, if applicable, college transcripts to transcripts@ccac.edu.
- Review placement test exemptions.
- Meet with CCAC Academic Advisor or Transfer Counselor if planning to transfer to a four year school
- Prior to each semester complete and submit the Allegheny County-CCAC Tuition
- Reduction and Reimbursement Program Application and Repayment Agreement found through County Human Resources department.
- Allegheny County will verify your employment and eligibility directly with CCAC.
Allegheny County Employee—CCAC Tuition Reduction And Reimbursement Program
Through a partnership with Allegheny County, eligible Allegheny County employees can take advantage of tuition reduction and reimbursement for degree programs and for-credit courses at CCAC. To qualify for the Allegheny County—CCAC Tuition Reduction and Reimbursement Program, you must be a current, active, full-time or part-time, regular, non-union employee of Allegheny County.
