Allegheny County Council Recognizes CCAC’s 60th Anniversary

At the February 10 meeting of the Allegheny County Council, Councilman and Trustee John Palmiere presented a proclamation on behalf of all County Council members recognizing CCAC’s 60th anniversary.
The resolution honors CCAC’s six decades of educating and training generations of students whose contributions have strengthened communities throughout Allegheny County and beyond. It further acknowledges that this 60th anniversary represents not only a milestone in institutional longevity, but also a celebration of resilience, innovation, and public service rooted in the belief that education is essential to individual success and collective prosperity.
“I was honored to graciously accept the proclamation on behalf of the Board of Trustees, faculty, staff, administrators and students, and to express our sincere appreciation for the County’s continued investment in CCAC, which has helped shape the institution we proudly are today,” said Dr. Quintin Bullock, CCAC President.
