Biography
Dawn Jackson is a Pittsburgh native with a life-long love of books, technology and helping people. Began career as a technical writer at Carnegie Mellon University before returning to grad school and getting a master's degree in library science and becoming a teacher-librarian in public schools, and now a librarian at CCAC.
