The Academic Center
The Academic Center is an academic community space for student writers, readers, thinkers, and leaders. In the Academic Center, students may work independently and/or collaboratively with English Faculty and Critical Reading Faculty on academic assignments, creative writing, college and pleasure reading, class projects, and other college-related group activities. Additionally, The Academic Center provides student-centered offerings through workshops, presentations, speaker events, and Writer Salon opportunities. The Academic Center does not require appointments and students are welcome to stop in as their schedules permit.
The Academic Center is available across all four campuses. Days and hours may vary per campus. For more information contact Dr. Angela Gaito-Lagnese at agaito-lagnese@ccac.edu
