Continuing education and mandatory programming is essential to keeping knowledge levels current. As a front line manager the responsibility to ensure this may be yours. Courses are designed to fit your needs and offered at times convenient for your staff. Training is usually held on site for employee convenience. It can also be scheduled at a nearby campus.
Additionally, we offer customized programming to fit your specific needs and department requirements. Classes can be offered any day of the week and on all shifts.
Our Instructors
Workforce Training has a faculty of more than 50 highly qualified instructors. Collectively they bring years of expertise into the classroom. Many instructors are registered nurses (RN) who are earning or already hold a master’s degree. They come to instruct with a vast amount of experience in healthcare, staff education, nursing education, combined with acute and long-term care clinical experience.
Nurse Aide Training students learn from RNs and licensed practical nurses (LPN) in the classroom and in clinical settings.
